Responsible for Complete Collections Process & Operations for a Business at GEHC India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Complete Ownership of Driving Collection for a Modality in Healthcare India Unit.

• Forecasting AR, PD, BDR basis previous trend, Current Qtr Estimates.

• Driving Regional/Business Cash calls with Sales, Marketing, Finance & other requires stake holders.

• Customer Accounts Reconciliation.

• Responsible for identifying and working with collection and recovery agencies.

• Resolving Customer Operational Disputes, Legal Disputes etc.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

• Communication with Business partners. Providing guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

• Coaching the Team to deliver the Results & adhering to GE Healthcare Policies.

• Strong Control on Financial Data and Reporting.

• Drive transformation projects.

• Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degree / MBA in Finance and minimum 5-8 years working experience in AR management.

• Understanding of one ERP application like SAP/Oracle in the areas of Accounts receivable.

• Prior exposure to Invoice to Cash process
