Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic and adaptable individual in response to varying situations? If your answer is yes, then our position for a Global Channel Governance Specialist may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our Global Channel Governance team operates as a hub of excellence, comprising subject matter experts who work with diverse business teams. Leveraging our knowledge and expertise in the company's policies and systems, we drive positive outcomes to propel the company towards its goals.

You will use your knowledge of the company polices, systems and partner frameworks to assess framework situations, identify potential issues and to identify opportunities for process optimization. You will report to Global Channel Governance Manager and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• You will work as an individual contributor and lead productive discussions with business teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks within teams or projects.

• Gather and analyze UAT (User Acceptance Testing) requirements to ensure the best outcome to the team members such as offering clear testing descriptions to ensure testing and providing testing timeline and period to promote testing.

• Analyze framework exceptions and evaluate the accuracy of exception requests, identify discrepancies and provide guidance to the field team where deemed necessary.

• Design new programs or policies, and make changes to existing programs or polices that align with our goals and support the changing requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational processes and guidelines.

• Accommodate meetings and calls scheduled at different times to accommodate global team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the capacity to analyze complex problems and provide appropriate advice.

• Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, including functions, formulas, and data visualization.

• Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Visio to create impactful presentation and workflows.

• Experience using software and tools (i.e. PowerBI, Forma.ai , SFDC, Sharepoint, Smartsheet) to support operational processes and analysis.
