Job Description

  • Prepare & manage monthly, quarterly, and annual (MRF/QRF/AOP/LRP)financial forecasts and budgets.

  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders across various departments (R&D & G&A, Corp FP&A) to understand their business objectives and provide financial guidance and support.

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights. Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing financial performance and key findings for senior management.

  • Drive improvements in financial planning, financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Provide financial support and analysis for special projects, such as M&A activity, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

  • 3 or more years of management experience required

  • Ability to convey financial performance to audiences at different levels in the organization

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, and ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • People management skills and leadership, the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Enterprise Financial Planning Systems
