We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to set up and lead the Enterprise Marketing function for Amazon Business. The person will lead a team of sales and marketing associates to manage acquisition/engagement channels of tele-sales and digital marketing. The person will be responsible for designing and building new acquisition programs and executing campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for and deep experience in Sales & Marketing and should be able to multi-task multiple programs and projects at one time.

Key job responsibilities

As an Enterprise Marketing Leader, you will have the opportunity to-

• Lead a team of highly skilled Sales/Marketing associates and managing agencies who engage with Medium and Large Enterprises from prospecting, acquiring and driving account growth.

• Creating Go-to-market acquisition and engagement plans for all channels

• Build scalable performance marketing channels to reach and engage with the customers (eg. Search, Social, Tele-marketing, Email outbound, Feet on Street)

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience managing teams

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders

  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile

  • Experience with various statistical techniques (regression analysis, coefficient correlation)
