Job Description Summary

INTERNATIONAL (Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, ANZ, South Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin Americas) is a key growth region for GE Healthcare (40% of global sales). Given the region’s growth ambitions, we are seeking an Account planning and business analytics leader to optimize expansion in existing markets, identify new growth area, support creation of strategies/proposals and execution on those opportunities in collaboration with segment and sub-region organization.

The primary focus of the role will be on Enterprise Accounts (e.g., Key government accounts, multi-lateral development financial institutions, pan-regional private chain hospitals, etc.,)

On a day-to-day basis, the role holder will work directly with Strategic Advisory & Partnership General Manager, Enterprise Account Management & Planning Director, and Enterprise Operations General Manager to support driving growth in Enterprise Accounts

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Research and Enterprise Account Planning:

  • Collaborate with commercial, segment, and other care area & digital products team to research customer needs and conduct detailed account planning.

  • Lead account planning activities with focus on top Enterprise customers including key government accounts, multi-lateral development financial institutions, and pan-regional private chain hospitals.

  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and Enterprise customers’ pain points to inform strategic initiatives.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse market performance (e.g., market size, growth, share, visibility, win-rate, profitability) by coordinating with commercial excellence / marketing teams

  • Conduct quarterly market estimate in collaboration with sub-region / global segment team and maintain up to date PowerBI Market Performance Dashboard

  • Utilize Excel and PowerBI to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and generate reports that contribute to marketing and commercial strategy development.

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide real-time visibility into marketing and commercial activities.

Healthcare Advisory Services:

  • Participate in projects lead by team of senior healthcare expert advisors, delivering high-impact advisory services to hospitals and healthcare providers.

  • Support change management initiatives, performance optimization projects, and solution delivery engagements tailored to the specific needs of Enterprise customers.

  • Support development of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and organizational effectiveness for Enterprise Accounts, ensuring measurable improvements and value creation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on marketing and commercial analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization

  • Strong understanding of marketing and commercial processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales funnel dynamics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare industry would be preferred

  • Familiar with finance systems like Oracle, Hyperion
