Requirements of the Role

• 15+ yrs experience in Cost estimation and contracts management – Corporate workplace interiors / hospitality / healthcare

• Educational qualification – Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Master of Civil Engineering / equivalent relevant educational qualification.

• Should have experience and knowledge of Specifications and Budgeting

• Contracts management and Billing experience is preferred.

• Proven work experience as a cost estimator.

• Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.

• High-level mathematical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret Drawings.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced analytical skills.

• Proficient with computer estimation softwares / proficiency in AUTICAD Revit

• Good project management/ people management skills.

• Ability to travel to sites PAN India

Responsibilities of the Role

• Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project.

• Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials, labor, and other factors.

• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects.

• Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.

• Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.

• Using computer software to calculate cost estimates.

• Preparing and presenting cost reports/ BOQS/ Project Budgets for clients. & projects .

• Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the project.
