Position Overview

The Content Strategy & Experience team in Customer Technical Success ensures high-quality product expertise is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk's platform through content. To accelerate on our journey of delivering a world-class experience and supporting users of all sizes across industries, we are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Content Process & System Engineer. Join our global team of product support and knowledge management experts and evolve our content management through technology. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Content Strategy & Experience, and work from the Bangalore office in a hybrid workplace model.

Responsibilities

  • Revamp and oversee our content management systems and processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and using systems, automation, and AI to lead efficiency gains for contributors and enhance content quality

  • Drive continuous improvement loop to maintain content management workflows, ensuring effectiveness and usability, and monitoring performance for optimization

  • Develop content classification and structure models to enable seamless content distribution across channels (bots, web, in-product, etc.)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to understand needs, define scope, and implement tools and systems enhancing content quality, consistency, and operational efficiency

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint and wiki infrastructure as a single source of resources and program management for all internal stakeholders

  • Provide training and support to users on content management systems and processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, workflows automation, information/content architecture (SharePoint, APIs, AI, and web development languages)

  • 3+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional projects including planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deliverables, ability to synthetize milestones into simple and succinct actions and initiatives in a global organization

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, and consideration of business goals and stakeholders' priorities to get to the right outcome for customers

  • Convey complex concepts and ideas through impactful presentations and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proactiveness, teamwork, and ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of a geographically dispersed company

  • A learning and improvement mindset, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management

  • Working knowledge in information or content management

  • Experience in a global customer experience department
