Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 12 years of experience working with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

• 5 years of experience managing engineers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in API development.

• Experience in enterprise architecture development.

• Experience utilizing broad and knowledge of Google-wide technologies and methods.

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate to meet user and customer needs.

• Provide technical leadership with experience in designing and deploying, distributed systems, particularly within GCP or similar cloud environments.

• Enforce and maintain rigorous development standards, encompassing technical design, solution development, system configuration, and comprehensive testing.

• Drive innovation by architects automated and solutions for business systems, focusing on performance, security, and excellence in enterprise software platforms.

• Lead the development of supply chain products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

• Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams, breaking down silos and promoting seamless communication.
