Job Description

Analyze, design develop, fix and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX application development.

• B.E/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

• Solid understanding of Oracle Database.

• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming, developing complex code units.

• Solid Experience of creating PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking and migrating complex data sets in Oracle.

• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, Ajax and jQuery.

• Knowledge in JSON/REST web services, JavaScript templates, node.js would be added advantage.

• Responsible for performance tuning activities in the project.

• Teamwork and partnership skills vital.

• Extensive interaction with the user community – both in terms of requirement analysis/gathering and post implementation support.

• Ability to effectively share technical information, chip in towards design and development.Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced Rapid Application Development environment.

• Strong analytical skills, detailed understanding of product development.

• Validated problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection and implementation.

• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking.

• Capacity to accept changes, adapt to new technologies.

• Ability to balance multiple development tasks and assignments simultaneously.
