Must be able to pass a state background check through the Department of Human Resources. Minimum Qualifications: *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions* 1. Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize the differences and similarities between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak or write simple sentences. 2. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. 3. Must be able to reliably get to and from work. Drivers license may be required for certain positions. 4. Ability to pass a background check to the standards of the customer. NO educational or work experience required--we will train! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Adhere to company policies and employment contract terms. 2. Provide labor in accordance with outlines OSHA safety standards and as required by site management. Including: emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, washing windows, grounds policing, spot cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, blinds cleaning, machine sweeping, and upholstery cleaning. 3. Operate industry standard equipment (vacuums, scrubbers, extractors). 4. Actively participate in company meetings and trainings. 5. Maintain a proactive relationship with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. 6. Be familiar with and follow all policies set forth by the designated customer. 7. Support team efforts and actively participate in strengthening team structures. 8. May require obtaining security clearance for access to high security buildings. 9. Perform other duties as assigned.
