Insight Global is seeking a

Device Configurator

for a client based out of the

Kansas City area

. This person will be expected to be on site 5 days a week in Belton, Missouri. You will be joining a team of 4 other device technicians to image devices that will be used to support the operations of the Railway systems across the United States. The devices will be shipped onsite and you will be responsible for taking the devices from cradle to grave. This will involve configuring the devices utilizing SCCM services, imaging the device, and utilizing domain based images to connect to client servers, get their downloads, asset tags, etc and ship out. The team ships out roughly 100 devices a day, all consisting of Windows, Android and Apple devices. This person should be able to start ASAP.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of experience in a desktop/helpdesk/device configurator role

Experience with imaging Devices such as Zebra

Experience with MDM tools

Client uses Soti

Experience imaging Microsoft or Android Devices Experience with Vehicle Mounted Devices (VMU) null
