Adecco US, Inc. Part Time Warehouse Worker in Beloit, Wisconsin

Adecco is partnering with a recreational vehicle part distribution center in Beloit, WI in hiring part time shift warehouse workers and material handlers. This is a 6 month long contract position with possiblity to be extended or to be hired on by BRP.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center, which serves both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-dealers channels. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers and dealers.

Shift: 5pm - 9:30pm Monday - Friday.

Pay: $20.43/hr, plus overtime

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly labeled and packaged securely.

· Process orders in a timely manner, meeting specific requirements for both consumer and retail shipments.

· Ensure all received merchandise is properly recorded and stored in the warehouse.

· Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-retail orders.

· Perform regular inventory counts and update records to maintain accurate stock levels.

· Prepare shipping documents, including labels, and packing slips, for outgoing orders.

· Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are loaded securely and safely for transportation.

· Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet the company's standards before shipping. Report any quality issues or damages to the supervisor.

· Work closely with other warehouse team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.

· Required to participate in cross-functional work rotations in various departments, including MPS, PS, D2C, Return Goods, and Kitting.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

· Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations.

· Light assembly of products or components using manual labor or small machinery. This may also include tasks such as packaging, labeling, sorting, and basic assembly of products with repetitive tasks.

· Receive incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of orders and inspecting goods for defects or damages.

· Working with heights going up to 60 feet up in the air.

· Holidays, Weekends and Overtime based on business needs.

· Being able to meet desired overall labor effectiveness.

· Other duties as assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· High school diploma or equivalent required .

· Valid Drivers License required .

· Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.

· Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Pay Details: $20.43 per hour
