The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control and quality assurance processes of an AS 9120 certified Quality Management System.Responsibilities:Quality ControlHead of Inspection Program for hardware, electronics, chemicals, and other aerospace and defense components, parts and suppliesCounterfeit Detection, Prevention and Mitigation in line with established standardsTraining of Inspection PersonnelIntegrate with Logistics Team to ensure processing of all incoming and outgoing ordersFinal Inspection of all outbound ordersControl of Nonconforming ProductQuality AssuranceManagement Representative of AS 9120-certified Quality Management SystemDevelopment, management and oversight of all Quality Operational Procedures, Work Instructions, and other related processesTraining of PersonnelContract ReviewSupplier Review and ApprovalInternal Audit SystemContinual Improvement InitiativesRepresent M3 Technology in Quality-related matters to Customers, End Users and Regulatory bodiesOperations and LogisticsWork closely with Logistics Team in support of Shipping, Receiving and Warehousing activitiesSupport Logistics Manager in backup of key functionsSupport Security functions in development, implementation and management of procedures and processes related to Information and Physical Security of facilities, data and systemsQualifications:Knowledge of ISO 9001-based Quality Management SystemKnowledge of Counterfeit Prevention StandardsDimensional Inspection ExperienceExperience with Pentagon 2000 or similar Inventory and Order Management SoftwareProficiency with Microsoft Office Products
