Job Overview The commercial strategy team drives problem solving, conducts strategic analysis and synthesizes and presents findings to support corporate marketing initiatives. This senior leader will independently lead the efforts of a team in conducting high level creative thinking and strategic visioning. The results of this team will be radically simplifying and improving T-Mobile's marketing business plan that drives a world class customer experience. Job Responsibilities: Take ownership for driving a coordinated in depth analytics and insights strategy leveraging initiatives across the business. The team processes billions of data points across the network, CRM and other data sources. Collaborate with business unit leaders to define business opportunities, create efficiencies, and lower costs, as well as implement the strategic plan. Structure problems, develop execution plan and manage process of evaluating each strategic/analytical initiative. Lead efforts to retrieve, analyze and build financial/economic models to develop strategic insights and evaluate business problems. Perform validation of modeling conducted by others. Lead a team of executive level business analysts, coaching, mentoring and enhancing their performance. Align resources, overcome resistance, and motivate others to implement and sustain change efforts. Proactively drive initiatives and business outcomes through an integrated approach regarding data at the enterprise level. Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferably in economics, or a quantitative discipline (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree MBA or Technical Master's Degree is of significant added value. (Preferred) Work Experience: 10+ years leading major business initiatives. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Analytics proficiency and technical creativity. (Required) Experience partnering with multiple functional and business groups across the enterprise. (Required) Track record of successfully leading people, aligning processes and technology in the pursuit of strategic business outcomes through the optimization of data. (Required) Results oriented as evidenced by a track record of delivering solutions on time, within budget, and that meet or exceed the business process expectations and the financial return on investment targets of the business users.
