Job Description Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Leader (Multiple Positions), Bellevue, WA Act as primary technical interface and technical escalation point within the assigned 5G portfolio and SRAN customer projects. Plan, initiate, and coordinate information technology projects and technical deliverables for the customer. Coordinate technical team of subject matter experts across design, development, testing and acceptance to ensure relevant standards are adhered to. Be accountable for end-to-end (e2e) technical management activities across quality, risk, timeline, delivery approach, development, deployment, and customer acceptance. Perform technical risk analysis, planning, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Maintain and validate High-Level Design, Low Level Detailed Design for the customer network e2e architecture. Review project schedules and mitigate technical constraints and risks. Solve technical issues and coordinate with R&D engineers to implement software deployments.  Participate in stakeholder communications and address issues and risks for information technology projects.

SALARY RANGE: $151,998 - $ 226,673 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field, and 10 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Supporting research and development solving technical issues and implementing software and mitigation strategies; Creating reports and recommendations from supporting analysis for implementation and mitigation strategies; Mobile Networks processes and architecture; and Assessing hardware/software quality and developing test tools to increase test effectiveness and efficiency.

Domestic travel up to 15% required.
