Job Description Job Description As a Senior Manager in Alternative Payments organization, you will pave the way to deliver amazing features with the highest quality for Visa Clients, leading teams that develop capabilities and improve efficiency of Alternative Payments platform. You will work with colleagues, who will support and challenge you daily. Responsibilities Lead and manage software development teams, facilitating effective communication, empowering team members, and fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with leads to design effective technical solutions. Manage the planning, scheduling, and implementation of software projects, guaranteeing they are finalized within the designated timeframe and budget. Manage multiple projects and initiatives with different or competing timelines and demands. Collaborate with leads to design effective technical solutions. Collaborate with business partners on requirements elaboration, design, configuration, and business re-engineering. Possess the ability to manage and prioritize various tasks, demonstrate sound judgment and organizational skills, capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating within a cross-functional, regional, and matrixed organization. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing. Provide support for spontaneous projects and initiatives as required.
