Together, we won't stop! Job Overview This position is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Business System Analysts who work on large complex enterprise projects/initiatives. This will include helping provide guidance on project/initiative related tasks and issues, ensure quality on projects, help drive leadership discussions/decisions along with working on the personal development of the team. This position will also be working directly with stakeholders to resolve and provide appropriate staffing for initiatives, portfolios and initiatives, and partner on short and long term goals Job Responsibilities: Acts as Liaison and provides leadership for team and area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the "big picture" as well as the details and to be able to tie initiatives to Goals Of The Company. Uses demonstrated ability to establish goals, lead to and evaluate personnel against established goals. Recruit and hire personnel with appropriate skill sets that can work optimally in the T-Mobile environment and assess, mentor, and review. Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise vital to support and grow the business within the Manager's area of responsibility. Build and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables. Utilizes Team Development and Motivation techniques to constantly raise the bar in performance and quality within the Enterprise. Creation and support of standards, processes, and procedures vital to produce the deliverables from the team and to work effectively with the other teams. Executes the process and validate quality of deliverables produced by their team. Provides ongoing reconciliation between strategic direction, long-term goals and short-term actions and reconciles the IT Strategies to the Business Strategies. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience (Required) Experience in telecommunications industry preferred. (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office (Preferred) Project Management (Preferred) Human Resources (Preferred) Communications (Preferred) Risk Management (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $164,100.00 - $222,000.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
