As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on the integrated brand marketing team, partnering closely with brand strategy, product marketing, social, creative and partnerships to develop and drive best-in-class 360 GTM strategy and campaign execution for key brand moments and launches. You will manage integrated brand marketing strategy and campaigns in T-Mobile's new brand division, ensuring strategic and creative excellence across brand planning, strategy and campaign execution to achieve customer growth, engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities Leads strategy as it relates to integrated campaigns, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, social and digital content strategy, partnerships, user experience and more. Translates data, analytics and consumer into executable marketing plans that deliver on brand and business objectives and improve performance. Develops marketing strategies and manages integrated campaigns that deliver to commercial and brand priorities, and include campaign objectives, target audiences, tactics, key messaging, creative needs and timelines. Establishes strong partnerships with cross-functional partners including Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Insights, Media, Retail, CRM, Product Management and Business Development. Partners closely with brand strategy, internal creative teams and agencies to create world-class communications and social-first campaigns that speak to core target audiences. Works closely with working teams and leadership across both brand and commercial functions to align campaign plans and priorities, and orchestrates resources to bring plans to market on time and on budget. Demonstrates the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics. Presents ideas and a strategic vision to senior executives. Experience 8+ years of experience in brand marketing and strategy, developing and managing developing integrated marketing programs for a beloved consumer brand. Track record of ideating and creating meaningful and impactful consumer messaging and communications. Proven experience positively impacting awareness, perception and engagement in consumer campaigns, especially in social-first channels. Proven track record of owning decision-making and execution for large, complex projects across multiple teams and business/product areas. Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to influence direction and strategy at the working, partner and executive level. Experience managing large budgets, with a focus on ensuring efficient and responsible spend that drives brand and business goals Skills Thinks broadly, outside of the box; creative and innovative in their thinking.
