Together, we won't stop! The Senior Content Producer is primarily accountable for digital experience consistency and excellence across web/app experiences. The right candidate is outcome driven with a bias for process improvement and a drive to reach maximum content velocity for the team. This position will own the adoption and management of our newest tools, platforms, and performance data insights. The Senior Content Producer will be responsible for establishing consistent experience standards and their associated documentation, training protocols, and campaign carryout. Key to the role is constant optimization of T-Mobile's evolving and maturing authoring pipeline. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the authoring best practices for all relevant tools and platforms and apply them to unlock team capacity. Create the resources and governance model needed for the authoring team to deliver operational excellence across web and app platforms - overseeing centralized documentation, training protocols, acquisition of access privileges, auditing protocols, and surrounding communication mechanisms. Execute complex content updates across web and app by employing the latest content authoring and publishing processes. Field inquiries & escalations as they relate to authoring capabilities, SLAs, and functional capacity. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or modularization within the authoring pipeline and work cross-functionally on implementation. Communicate content and asset management objectives and milestones to key stakeholders. Serve as team lead for technical troubleshooting - helping to consult with colleagues on solutions or advise on other options. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism or related field; Advanced degree preferred 4 years of experience in Digital/web content management, eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field 2 years of experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to deliver digital experiences. 2 years of cross-functional project management experience, operational capacity planning 2 years of JIRA/Confluence platform experience 2 years of experience in high-profile project delivery with demonstrated on-time quality execution Adobe suite (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target) and other Adobe content management tools. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, dashboards, and Agile methodology Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery preferred Familiarity with major analytics tools, reporting, analysis, and basic web tracking tag functionality Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced enterprise environment At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Washington Pay Range : $135,500.00 - $183,300.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
