Together, we won't stop! T-Mobile for Business's (TFB) Strategy team works with executive leaders from across the company to build the business strategy for TFB. As the Business Strategy Analyst, you will focus on tracking market trends and competitors, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering insights on critical business decisions. This position works closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales. What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, analyze data, and extract meaningful insights for executive consumption Construct executive-level presentations and present complex findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner. Identify company and competitor trends impacting TFB and deliver insights to executives across the organization Support executive briefing process, ensuring all deliverables are executed in the line with the company's objectives and timelines Build financial and other decision-making models such as market sizing and business case estimates Assist strategy project leads on team deliverables Who You Are Proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach. Intellectually curious, enjoys researching about new technologies and products Excellent written and verbal communicator with a keen eye for detail Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with using data to estimate market sizes and build financial models Exceptional project manager who knows how to bring structure and clarity to situations where direction is limited Natural hustler with a contagious "can-do" attitude Team player, adept at working with others to overcome obstacles and gain alignment to achieve result Have 1-3 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring qualitative and quantitative analysis, business writing, and executive presentation skills Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or other related fields * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $73,100 - $131,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
