Together, we won't stop! Job Overview As an Executive Support Specialist for a VP or SVP, you serve as the backbone of organizational efficiency and effective communication. Your role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks, encompassing strategic analysis, proactive decision-making, and independent judgment. A comprehensive understanding of corporate policies and protocols is crucial, enabling you to streamline processes and optimize workflow. In addition to running day-to-day operations, you act as a primary liaison, interpreting and disseminating executive directives to fellow managers. Your adept communication skills are instrumental in handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Operating autonomously on intricate projects, you demonstrate initiative and ingenuity while mentoring and assisting less experienced peers. This position demands adaptability, multitasking prowess, and a steadfast dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. This role is located at our Bellevue, WA headquarters! Job Responsibilities: Support senior leader by performing advanced-level administrative work of complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Implement special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyze problems, resolve approach, compile and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations. Manage executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information on behalf of executive. May communicate on behalf of executive, must be able to determine most appropriate method of communication by assessing situation and applying judgement. Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Work Experience: 7-10 years Experience of supporting executive leaders. Experience with OrgPlus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Organization (Required) Communication (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States #Ll-corporate Travel: Travel Required:No Washington Pay Range : $41.22 - $55.77 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
