Job Description

This telecom mogul is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to deliver highly visible projects end-to-end within their IT Supply Chain Team. This org is currently going through a large ERP implementation. As resources are being pulled to support the implementation, the existing supply chain systems will still need to be maintained. This individual will step-in and aid the team with their integration as well as continue to support the existing supply chain teams. The role is very adhoc and can wear many different hats as the role progresses. They will be acting as the right hand person to the Senior Manager over the Supply Chain Domains.

Skills and Requirements

- 10-15 years of Program management experience

- 5 years working within a Supply Chain environment

- 10 years of experience within an IT environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Resource Management experience

- Capacity Management Experience

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Experience working as the liaison between different stakeholders

- Background in Product Management is a plus

- Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.

- Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align).

- Ability to work with multiple Senior Leaders and execute on presentation decks null
