The Senior Business Analyst, BT Infrastructure & Operations Opportunity We are seeking aSenior Business Analystto support ourBT Infrastructure & Operationsteam in optimizing SaaS tool usage, enhancing productivity, and driving data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on analyzing data trends, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience withbusiness intelligence tools, and a deep understanding ofBT infrastructure and operations. Additionally, they will advocate forcontinuous process improvementand help shape data-driven strategies to support business objectives. What you'll be doing Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze SaaS tool usage, performance, and adoption by collecting and cleaning data. Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs, uncover trends, and measure productivity improvements. Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Productivity Optimization - Partner with leaders and engineers to evaluate SaaS tool effectiveness and recommend enhancements. Identify redundant or underutilized tools to drive cost savings and efficiency. Support automation and integrations to streamline workflows. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work cross-functionally to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Bridge technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner. Data Governance & Compliance - Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, security, and privacy. Collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001). Develop classification policies, manage access controls, conduct compliance audits, and track data lineage. Foster a culture of data stewardship through training and best practices. What you'll bring to the role 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
