We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Amazon Warehousing & Distribution team. This is an opportunity to work in a customer-facing startup like environment within Amazon. We seek someone who is motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment looking to make instant impact.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will support our sales organizations in driving the top-line growth of our business. You will do this by building and maintaining connections between our product, marketing, and sales teams while relentlessly advocating for our customers. You will use your deep understanding of our customers, technology, and processes to define and implement strategies that increase conversion, and will provide voice of customer feedback that shapes our product roadmap. You will drive customer-facing engagements, sales strategy, and sales operations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Participate in sales activities, providing subject matter expertise in seller-facing engagements

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to drive business growth

  • Drive inputs autonomously, and continuously improve understanding of how these inputs translate to outputs

  • Improve sales activity measure definitions and tracking

  • Represent sales activities and performance in internal business reviews

  • Maintain close connection to customers and relentlessly advocate for them in product debates

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales, or business development experience

  • Experience defining/refining sales related performance measures

  • Track record of building rapport with customer executives

  • Experience owning sales strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, and experience with CRMs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical sales experience

  • MBA, or Masters degree in related field

  • Experience in supply chain

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
