T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Engineers, Software in Bellevue, WA to work with a group of world-class engineers to build the breakthrough features the business partners will love, adopt, and use while keeping the platform stable and scalable. Architect, design, build, implement and test solutions in Salesforce.com, leveraging Force.com, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, VisualForce, APEX, Web Services, and APIs. Support cross systems integrations across native Salesforce eco system, as well as first-party APIs and data centers using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase rep productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. Contribute to improvement of DevOps processes and tools including scrum, user support, platform security, quality/version control, and CI/CD. Work closely with BI teams for injecting data from other systems including Hadoop and Teradata into Salesforce using ETL Tools. Work on Analytics cloud involving design and development of Datasets, Lenses, Recipes, and dynamic Dashboards to highlight critical performance metrics and trends in our Retail Operations. Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications or User Stories. Interact directly with business partners, product teams, and end users in order to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances. Communicate design, requirements, functionality, and limitations of systems and applications and facilitate reviews (walkthroughs) or grooming sessions and demos of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical and product teams. Partner with a team to debug and diagnose complex defects, conduct root cause analysis, and make resolution recommendations. Provide on-call and after hours support as required for production releases and respond and provide active resolution support on production outages. Preferred Salesforce Certifications in "Platform App Builder" and "Platform Developer I". Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related, and 1 year of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience. In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Working with LWC (Lightning Web Components), ECMA 7 standards, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and using Salesforce.com's Web Services APIs and integrating with external APIs to build business workflows and webservices for our business teams; (2) Working with Event driven architecture, Limit and context-based development to log and monitor frameworks; (3) Utilizing experience with Object Oriented Programming within Salesforce using APEX and using Code quality tools PMD and Checkmarx to ensure quality of the code being developed is up to T-Mobile and industry standards; (4) Working with Git Version Control Systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows within Salesforce using Copado and Jenkins to develop and deploy new functionality for business teams using Agile methodologies; and (5) Working with PHP, AngularJS, jQuery, Tomcat, MySQL Management Studio, NetBeans IDE software tools to develop and simulate web pages running on server. Washington Pay Range: $145,016.08 - $150,016.08/year. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
