This role involves analyzing business challenges, identify root causes and present solutions. The Principal Data Analyst will demonstrate their knowledge of data analysis to interpret complex data sets, implement strategies to address business problems, and create technology-driven solutions. Additionally, they will communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management, ensuring that data-driven insights guide decision-making processes. They will also set deliverables based on established success criteria, define key metrics to measure progress, and quantify the business impact of solutions. Furthermore, the role involves mentoring and leading junior data analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Through their work, the Principal Data Analyst will significantly contribute to optimizing business operations and advancing T-Mobile's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Supports the achievement of T-Mobile's strategic objectives through data-driven insights Formulate technical problems by leveraging knowledge of data analytics and automation techniques. Interprets complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions Transforms business requirements into data-driven solutions Leads and mentors' junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Early involvement in enterprise projects to define business needs & incorporating those needs into the reporting design. Communicates key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management Contributes to the optimization of business operations through data analysis Recommend and implement technology-focused solutions to resolve business problems. Qualifications: Relational Databases: Strong knowledge of relational database, data modeling, systems design and integration. (Required) Data Analysis: Demonstrable ability to analyze data and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. (Required) Strategy Implementation: Ability to apply data analysis to real-world business situations. (Required) Analytics Expertise: Extensive knowledge of analytics, relational data analytics, and automation techniques. (Required) Enterprise Software: Experience with Oracle ERP enterprise software experience. (Required) Financial Reporting: Financial reporting experience. (Preferred) Project Management: Experience in project management. (Preferred) Software Development: Software (SDLC) development experience in Agile methodology.
