Together, we won't stop! Job Overview The MTS full stack data scientist is responsible for leading data science solutions and strategy within the business unit. The MTS will build data science solutions to large, sophisticated projects that require innovative solutions and cross-functional partnership. The MTS will also be responsible for data science and AI strategy and research within the business unit and will look forward to ensure the data science team has the technology required to implement projects efficiently. This position will also collaborate with the business unit to identify business opportunities and challenges that could be solved with data science and AI. Additionally, they will play a vital role in providing mentorship on data science and AI solution architecture and methodology. Job Responsibilities: Drive full stack (from analysis to deployment) solutions to large, undefined data science problems with many conflicting requirements and a high level of uncertainty. Work across business units. Lead and advise full stack (from analysis to deployment) data science and AI strategy and research on a business unit level. Provide long-term technical vision of the full stack data science team. Provide senior level mentorship to the data science team on architecture and approach. Present data science outcomes and deployment strategies to senior business leaders within the business unit. Optimally sway business and technical leaders within the business unit to data-driven outcomes. Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams inside and outside the business unit. Identify existing and new business components which could benefit from deployed predictive models and AI solutions. Stay at the forefront of new data science and AI development and deployment technologies. Support the implementation, assessment and standardization of toolkits for our full stack data science teams. Education: Master's/Advanced Degree Quantitative subject area (math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, engineering) (Required) PhD in advanced quantitative subject area (Desired) Work Experience: More than 10 years Experience applying machine learning (including deep learning) concepts and techniques related to supervised and unsupervised learning. (Required) More than 10 years Experience with statistical methods and sophisticated analytics techniques. (Required) 7-10 years Experience architecting ML systems. (Required) 4-7 years Experience deploying and supervising ML models or sophisticated data products. (Required) 4-7 years Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and datasets using SQL or similar. (Required) 4-7 years Experience with big data architecture like Spark or Snowpark (Required) More than 10 years Experience articulating and translating complex business problems into machine learning or data aggregation problems and solving them by crafting and deploying efficient data products. (Required) More than 10 years Experience writing and speaking about technical full stack data science concepts to business and technical audiences and giving data-driven presentations. (Required) 2-4 years Experience in AdTech industry (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Statistics Calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability (Required) Machine Learning: In-depth understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques (Required) Programming In-depth know
