Responsibilities

• Manage global teams that are distributed geographically within and outside the US and lead managers to set the strategic vision for the Supply Chain and Procurement to drive long term goals and organizational value.  
• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle from market research, sourcing, tender definition, bidding, and contract negotiation through contract signing in accordance with business needs and strategic goals.  
• Develop and manage suppliers in various countries to support established and new-market growth of the organization.  
• Develop Supply Chain and Procurement related negotiation strategies and lead negotiations with C-level executives to deliver business objectives and to achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.  
• Create and drive the supply chain sourcing strategy that enables an agile supply chain.  
• Build a qualified supplier pool for procurement and perform critical checks.  
• Establish supply risk assessment methodologies, monitor risks, and attain business goals.  
• Research market trend studies and risk management practices and apply findings when coordinating supply chain sourcing strategies, including finding alternative supplies, to ensure supply chain continuity.  
• Perform Make vs. Buy or Lease vs. Rent vs. Buy analysis, as applicable, and evaluate total cost or benefit of each approach by calculating the Net Present Value in each scenario.  
• Decide on the optimal purchasing strategy and communicate it to internal teams and stakeholders.  
• Ensure implementation of strategies implemented by managing teams directly or indirectly.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Performing financial and cost analysis, including Total-Cost Ownership (TCO) and creating Should-Cost Models for pricing analysis to support sourcing strategy, negotiation with suppliers, and opportunity identification;

Performing vendor management activities, including evaluating supplier performance compared to business needs, developing and assessing supplier scorecards, negotiating supplier legal terms on behalf of business interests, and monitoring Se
