BYTEDANCE INC. Logistic Operations Manager (Multiple Positions) in Bellevue, Washington

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist the team in developing logistics solutions by reversing logistics program to ensure smooth launch and work actively with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer and seller experience.  
  • Scope short/long term strategy for Merchant Manager for logistics network.  
  • Work cross-functionally to validate key business assumptions for logistics operations.  
  • Conduct industry research, collect the voice of customers, voice of sellers, and benchmark the competitors.  
  • Scale logistics solutions by analyzing the market and make decisions on targeting segments.  
  • Build the ticket tags, reason code, issue bank, and dashboard.  
  • Assist in defining the right metrics for logistics operations.  
  • Expand SLA/carrier/ship methods.  

     

Qualifications

 

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Operations

 

Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

 

 

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

 

  • Building and streamlining processes and workflows using Jira, and tracking projects status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables;  
  • Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insight to influence product roadmaps;  
  • Conducting strategic analysis on industry trend, customers, and competitors, and developing methodologies to segment and size target market to provide recommendations to the product team;  
  • Building and managing user feedback loop, including triaging, quantifying, and prioritizing user pain points, usability issues, and feature requests to be considered by product and engineering in future developments; and  
  • Analyzing user inquiries and feedbacks and reporting platform malfunction statistics to identity trends to assist the engineering and product team to improve the product performance.  

     

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic travel up to 15% required.

$91200 - $143556
