TerraPower Facilities Administrative Lead in Bellevue, Washington

Facilities Administrative Lead TerraPower is seeking a highly talented and motivated candidate for the position of Facilities Administrative Lead. This position will report to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities and the projects under the department. The position will be a part of the Facilities and Administrative Team. This person will work closely with the Director of Real Estate and Facilities, working toward more independent responsibilities and project management. Responsibilities: * Organize and lead team meetings, including agenda and calendar preparation; take and manage meeting notes and documentation. * Assisting Director of Real Estate and Facilities in delegation and management of additional executive assistant support. * Coordinate team in-service activities and training sessions to support professional development. * Assist with Corporate projects managed by the Director of Real Estate and Facilities. * Attend multidisciplinary meetings as a team representative, capturing important notes and updates. * Maintain a Facility newsletter and other communications to be distributed company-wide, ensuring timely and engaging updates are shared with employees. * Creating safety message catalog. * Define and document team workflow processes, promoting efficiency and consistency. * Reorganize digital files for improved accessibility and maintenance of team documents. * Review and assist with Public Release documents, and Presentation review. * Assist with Emergency Preparedness team and activities. Communication and Relationships * Manage confidential communications. * Provide as-needed support to TerraPower's Director of Real Estate and Facilities. * Be an active part of the administrative team by attending weekly administrative meeting to understand all aspects of TerraPower. * Foster development of good relationships with key stakeholder and vendors. Key Qualifications and Skills * Must have 5 years of experience in direct Administrative Support * Must have proficient skills using the full MS Office Suite. * Must understand the sensitive nature of working in a multi-disciplinary environment and have good judgement, problem solving skills and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity. * Must project a positive, collaborative, professional demeanor at all times. * M
