We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP Solution Architect in Bellevue, Washington. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various departments such as Finance, Procurement, Project Management, IT, and Engineering to ensure timely communication of integration projects. The role also involves identifying and implementing system improvements, streamlining invoice processing, vendor management, and supporting the implementation of Oracle integration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong working relationships with various departments to facilitate comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects.

• Collaborate with procurement to optimize procurement processes, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to procurement workflows, approvals, and supplier management.

• Identify and drive system improvements in terms of business process, reporting, performance, and system setup/design.

• Streamline invoice processing, payment approval workflow, and vendor management.

• Implement best practices for AP automations and efficiencies.

• Address challenges related to invoice creation, approval workflows, and customer billings.

• Support the next phases of implementation focusing on Supplier Qualification Management, Contracts Management, and Enterprise Performance Management.

• Define system architecture, including modules, integrations, data flows, and security controls, to support the organization’s business processes.

• Collaborate with implementation partners to develop and document comprehensive design blueprints for Oracle Cloud ERP solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.

• Review document design assumptions, constraints, and dependencies to provide clarity and transparency throughout the implementation process.

• Conduct system integration and performance testing to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the system.

• Support training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of the Oracle modules.

• Lead project management efforts for Oracle Cloud implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

• Monitor project progress and performance.

• Manage change requests and scope creep, assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings, reporting on progress, issues, and action items to stakeholders.

• Support the Finance Technology Road Map.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 + discretionary incentive bonus.

• Proficiency in using Oracle software for business processes.
