This Contractor may act as a liaison with the data team in India, so there may be opportunity to jump on meetings and work later in the evening. This candidate will work with the Data Analytics team to develop a customer segmentation work stream. This will entail helping the business go deeper on customers insights to understand what their key retention and attrition drivers are.
