Rainbow International is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee a team of 2 to 4 individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team's performance and quality of work. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cleaning tasks that may be physically demanding.

Compensation:

• 15 days PTO and 6 paid holidays after 90 days
• Simple IRA with a 3% match after 90 days

Schedule: Full-time position with a flexible schedule based on business needs
