DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Corrections Maintenance Foreman, you will supervise inmate work crews in completing routine construction and maintenance work orders that will include lawn care, snow removal, janitorial, and other general maintenance. You will plan and assign daily inmate schedules, inspect completed work assignments, and issue and track all materials and tools used to complete work assignments. At times, you will provide instruction in the operation and preventative maintenance of machinery and vehicles.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 40-hour work week Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position is eligible for full benefits at age 50 or 55. Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $44,753.00 (before taxes). QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Four years of experience performing building maintenance, construction, or general trades work; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
