Position: Food Services - Dietary Aid (Days)

Duration: 13 Week Temporary Assignment

Pay: $18 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Shift: 12 Hr Days (7 AM - 7 PM) | 36 Hr Guarantee

About the Role:

Imagine a place where your culinary skills bring joy and nourishment to a community that values your dedication. As a Dietary Household Assistant  you'll step into a role that combines dining services with a touch of heartwarming companionship.

In this position, you'll don many hats:

• As a cook, you'll prepare delicious, healthy meals and snacks using standardized recipes.
• You'll assume general responsibility for the kitchen and assist with serving resident meals, snacks, and nourishments.

• Facilitate activities for elders and the household that involve food preparation or other kitchen-specific activities.

   

You'll be the culinary artist for one floor, catering to up to 21 residents, ensuring every meal is appetizing, timely, and meets high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food services within a long-term care or hospital setting.

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
