Role Overview

Help shape the voice of the next generation game development kit (GDK) for building online casino games.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating clear and concise documentation for our technical products and services. This position requires proficiency with tools like SharePoint and Confluence, as well as a solid understanding of software development kits (GDKs). If you have a passion for translating complex technical information into user-friendly documentation, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and project managers to gather and understand product information.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, developer guides, and release notes.

• Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to navigate.

• Organize and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet documentation requirements and deadlines.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in technical writing.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Able to effectively prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks of various size, complexity, and topics in a fast-paced environment

• Must embrace working collaboratively and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical environment.

• Proficiency with documentation tools such as SharePoint and Confluence.

• Strong understanding of software development kits (GDKs) and related technical concepts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation markup languages (e.g., Markdown).

• Gaming/gambling experience helpful

• Experience with content management systems and publishing tools.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

• Receptive of constructive criticism by peers and internal customers with the intent of producing high quality products

• Aptitude for making decisions quickly while applying critical thinking skills

• Native English language speaker
