What You Will Bring

  • English language – professional proficiency

  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (primarily supporting US working time 13:00 - 07:00 CET)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way

  • Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions

  • Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work

  • Drive and support successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geography

  • Ensure awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficiently

  • Work in a team environment and interacting with multiple internal teams

  • Work with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstances

  • Deliver on predefined priorities and ensure customer contractual requirements are met

  • Identify situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause miss of NCR Atleos’ contractual obligations
