We at Holycode are currently looking for a Salesforce Admin, with strong skills and proven experience, who is ready to dive into company Cada Fertility, for an engagement with 80-100% commitment, here in our Belgrade office.

At Cada they make data-driven decisions, set ambitious goals and hire people who are ready to take on the challenge of destigmatizing involuntary childlessness/infertility. 

As a Salesforce Engineer you are a member of the Cada Tech team. You will conceptualize, implement and deliver configuration changes, flows, screen flows and data control and optimizations for their Salesforce Sales Cloud. In that position you will be an integral driver of their core process system and the data fundament they are building the company upon.

Responsibilities

What your main tasks will be:

• Design Salesforce data models to supply business and medical requirements

• Implement and maintain flows and design flows

• Configure and maintain Salesforce REST API endpoints and platform events

• Design and maintain the Salesforce permission and license management

• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce for the relevant stakeholders

Requirements

You are a perfect fit with:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with the Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud

• Communicative and innovative personality

• High level of self-reliance and personal responsibility

• Fluent communication skills in English; German is a plus

• Technically interested and strong problem solving nature
