Your Role

The purpose of this role is to design, maintain, and enhance the Air Logistics training portfolio within the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes creating and migrating courses & learning paths, managing user access, supporting trainers and learners, and ensuring seamless LMS operations. The role also involves driving innovation by integrating advanced training tools, providing data-driven insights through reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • The maintenance of courses, programs, and certifications within Learning@KN/LMS, including creation, removal, amendments, and updates. It involves the integration of training activities such as seminars, webinars, quizzes, and SCORM e-learning packages.

  • Consultancy regarding the LMS functionalities/training administration and actively participating in establishing procedures and processes in the system. Maintain the existing training portfolio within the LMS.

  • Collaborate with our trainers and other stakeholders to clarify course creation requests and recommend best solutions, ensuring a superior (internal) customer experience.

  • Participate in migration of the current Air Logistics Training portfolio to the new LMS (SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of all courses and related materials.

  • Manage user permissions and roles in the LMS.

  • Enroll and unenroll users in courses and learning paths as needed.

  • Provide assistance to trainers with various LMS-related needs and inquiries.

  • Provide 3rd-level support to learners, resolving complex issues related to the Air Logistics Training portfolio within the LMS.

  • Provide course completion and trainee attendance reports to stakeholders using Tableau Dashboards.

  • Support LMS system upgrades by testing new features, reporting any unexpected system behavior, and informing our trainers about newly introduced features.

  • Evaluate and communicate requests for new LMS features to the IT team in TLL.

  • Maintain and enhance the portfolio of future Air Logistics training tools, such as AI-driven content creation tools and tools for engaging live training sessions.

  • Share best practices and provide guidance on using these tools effectively within the training team and other stakeholders.

  • Reporting - various reports; Scheduled reports - creating such reports in Learning@KN based on requester's requirements; ad hoc reports - sending different completion reports to requesters, depending on their specification

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in Learning Management Systems (Totara or SAP SuccessFactors) is preferable

  • Skilled at exploring IT systems and leveraging available resources to find solutions

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships

  • IT-minded with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new systems

  • Dedicated to delivering an excellent internal customer experience for project teams, trainers and learners

  • Fluent in English language
