Title: Customer Success Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Act as support for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales, assisting in the management of customer post-sale account needs including returns, invoice questions, data management, entitlement changes, reporting requests and other as required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work with customers on describing services exhibited in their bills and understand when there are items within NCR’s realm of responsibility to correct.  Take action to correct and follow-up both internally and externally until payment of the bill is achieved.

  • Understand and be able to communicate basic accounting principles such as debit and credit needs internally and with customers.  

  • Work within established SLA’s to deliver quality responses.   Quality responses include professional oral and written skills as well as quality content in a customer facing format.

  • Work as a team, constantly checking efficiency and task overflow queues.   Be prepared to take on work outside of current assigned work in order to meet customer needs.

  • High aptitude and organization skills and the ability to constantly prioritize work based on incoming customer needs.

  • Advanced Excel skills is important.  Be able to create formulas, work with pivot tables, Vlookup, multiple sheets and workbooks, create graphs, and create formatted, visually clear reports.

  • Project work as it relates to specific needs.   Be able to track progress, new needs, and outcomes and report on same.  Work efficiently and meet time commitments amid a constantly changing work scope. 

  • Position interfaces with CSMs, Sales, Vendors and customers regarding basic sales metrics/ analyses and reports from NCR Sales / vendors reporting tools;

  • Responsible for providing and analyzing various metric data to customer and internal organizations; Maintains issue Control & Follow up reports; Performs account Data Collection and is capable of analyzing same.

  • Gives and receives feedback to and from the customer, Sales and NCR managers, colleagues and Sales Operations in a continuous effort to meet the customer's business needs.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years of related experience

  • Strong communication skills, oral and written; Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of order and production policies and practices

  • Attention to detail; Analytical skills; Ability to work independently

  • Ability to prioritize workload/Self-starter

  • Excellent PC/Microsoft Office skills

  • Understanding of Custom Pricing, Order Entry, Product Soultions

  • Strong Ownership Mentality and Organization skills

  • Position requires sales support and account maintenance/management skills, project management, and self starter in order to achieve a high level of success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Experience with Oracle and Manufacturing processes

  • Advanced Excel skills
