We are looking for an Automation and content testing specialist to join our Education team in Serbia. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Automation Implementation and Maintenance: 

  • Implement automation for course activities, ensuring strict adherence to provided instructions, by creating tests from scratch or accepting tests developed by application QA engineers. 

  • Convert course instructions into a data-driven format to automate job aids efficiently. 

  • Conduct regular test runs within a Continuous Integration (CI) framework to guarantee the automated activities' success. 

  • Collaborate with the content development team and application QA engineers to resolve any testing issues.

Test Management and Enhancement: 

  • Keep the existing test suite current and in alignment with project requirements. 

  • Enhance test coverage by reusing existing tests wherever possible. 

  • Provide support for and manage changes in data templates shipped with the product. 

  • Work closely with the build and content development teams to improve CI testing processes. 

  • Optionally, building content validation procedures, particularly utilizing Schematron in Oxygen XML Editor. 

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Implement effective mechanisms for reporting and tracking automation progress, identifying areas for improvement. 

  • Foster collaboration with content developers and the build team to optimize testing strategies and process enhancements. 

Qualifications:  

 Mandatory:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with automation testing, specifically with web application documentation, using C#, Java, or Python. 

  • Previous experience with automation testing using Selenium in a .NET Framework environment with C#. 

  • Proficiency in English. 

Preferred:

  • Experience in working with ERP, CRM systems, eCommerce, or integrations. 

  • Solid understanding of XML technologies, including XML and XPath. Knowledge of XSLT is considered an advantage. 

  • Familiarity with Schematron syntax and features.

  • Experience with XML editors or Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) that support Schematron. 

  • Proven track record with Continuous Integration (CI) systems. 

Used Technologies, Tools, and Environment:

  • Automation Tools: Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, C#, and Hyper-V. 

  • Source Control System: Experience with GIT/STASH/BAMBOO. 

  • Bug Tracking System: Familiarity with JIRA. 

  • Content Development System: Experience with Oxygen XML.
