Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Belgrade, Montana, United States. This role involves handling various accounting tasks, employing meticulous data entry skills, and using an in-house system that is easy to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Responsible for the distribution of petty cash in accordance with company policies

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for various tasks

• Ensure that fuel expenses are correctly entered into the system

• Handle a mix of manual and electronic tasks to fulfill job responsibilities

Requirements

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing processes

• Demonstrable skills in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Ethical conduct and understanding of confidentiality rules
