Citigroup IT Project Manager - VP (hybrid) in Belfast, United Kingdom

In this role, you will gain a detailed understanding of Citi’s approach associated with planning, budgeting, prioritization, execution and reporting of Technology BoW.
The ideal candidate is very comfortable working with large amounts of financial data, has experiences in Chief of Staff, Financial / Capacity Planning, or Governance of Technology Investments.
Key Activities include:
Support the oversight of ISG Data Engineering technology book of work (investments and work efforts), including working independently with various internal clients and technology teams to identify and prioritize technology investments, and providing ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of these investments/work efforts.
Support the development of analyses, compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include senior internal clients.
Support improving current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
Provide support in preparing materials and drive any necessary forums, such as provide support in:
Program related communication and analytics activities.
Developing process documentation, guidance and organize additional training as required.
Writing guidance documents and develop proposals, obtain stakeholder buy-in to move towards execution.
Preparing stakeholder updates and reporting
Documenting clear takeaways or actions
Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or technology specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning and Management, Governance and Reporting roles.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent writing and analytical skills, e.g., has developed analysis and presentations that have been presented to senior management with minimal edits required.
Self starter and ability to analyze complex issues with minimal support
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Highly motivated with a strong attention and willingness to get into detail.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong Decision Making Ability and Problem Solving Skills
Strong Writing skills and visual presentation skills
Root Cause Analysis skills
This role will offer significant exposure to the wider Data Engineering organisation and will strengthen your networking to senior stakeholders across the Globe. The program that you would be involved in would encompass various aspects of Finance/ Risk Data Quality and regulatory remediation.
