Team/Role Overview
Data Quality Lead Analyst contributes to efforts to ensure data that is sourced and provisioned meet all required data quality standards. The Data Quality Lead analyst leads the continuous Data Quality by assessing, evaluating and analyzing data, setting controls and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, adoption and communication of Data Quality and Data Quality risk. They collaborate with others to monitor and remediate data concerns.
This Data Quality team have a presence in Belfast but are also a global team giving you exposure to various different global markets. This team manages the data concerns to the business and navigate a solution to the root cause of problems they face. This team are looking for someone who is an experienced Project Manager and/or Business analyst in their field.
What you’ll do
Supports activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality
Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements
Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements
Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process
Report Data Quality issues through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
Support senior management strategic vision
What we’ll need from you
University/Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience in Data Quality, Data Remediation and with Data Analysis
Strong Project Manager not facilitator
Strong Excel Skills including v lookups
Strong Stakeholder Engagement
Excellent Communication
