Duties are:

Provides technical support and training to athletes also will be assisting as directed with the oversight of athletic wrestling, training, strength, and conditioning workouts. Evaluating the wrestlers' physical needs: assisting in appropriate exercises and activities specific to each individual athlete. Assists in monitoring and supporting athletes by tracking their individual wrestling program. Assists with preparing, and conducting individual and team practices, training, and competition. Gives guidance and instruction to more junior wrestling coaches in general and specific coaching wrestling procedures, methods, and techniques. Including growing the North Mississippi Women's Wrestling division.
