Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assists customers with new orders, advises of status of orders in process, furnishes information on new products, and sends product literature. Processes returns. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Friendly and comfortable around people
• Accurately enters data into database
• Diplomatically communicates with customers and co-workers
• Handles multiple tasks simultaneously
• Develops relationships that encourage repeat business
• Prepares samples to send to customers
• Performs general office duties including invoicing, filing, mail, etc.
