Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
经营分析：负责收集、分析并解释业务相关数据，向业务leader进行BU整体业务汇报，每月出具季度预测报告，对异常和问题给予深入分析及展示；针对不同业务属性及特点，进行专项分析与汇报。制定年度预算，与各BU业务部门及财务部门合作，制定符合绩效及增长要求的年度预算。
可视化报告：使用各种数据分析工具及技术来分析数据，识别关键指标，并生成报告和
可视化图表，支持业务快速决策,不断完善全面预算预测管控体系。
3．流程优化：通过数据分析实别业务痛点及优化方向，推进相关流程及业务的优化，助力
业务快速成长。
岗位要求：
大学本科学历，精于数据分析，具备一定财务基础；
3年-5年 经营分析相关工作经验，具备良好的数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现业务痛点并及时提出应对策略；
有IT或服务公司工作经验者优先；
熟练使用Python/SQL/Power BI/等数据分析工具；
熟练使用Office办公软件(Excel, PowerPoint)；
流利的英语听说读写能力；
具备较强的逻辑思维和快速学习能力，沟通协调和独立解决问题的能力，具备强责任心、执行力和内部团队合作精神。
