Description and Requirements

1、负责教育高教&职教-双一流&双高子行业3S全栈产品的销售管理，对教育子行业销售业绩达成负责；

2、通过MTL方法论，牵头子行业MI分析，推动前后端虚拟团队，做深做透教育子行业市场客户，寻找业务增长机会点，打造标杆案例，提升联想在教育市场3S市场份额及品牌影响力；

3、甄别教育行业细分市场和客户，制定子行业市场策略目标和GTM规划，对大客户26个战区，涉及全国教育行业ARs进行销售指导和业务管理及赋能；

4、带领总部和区域教育行业团队完成公司各项竞争力指标，包括客户经营，行业Offering，Must-win battle行业销售管理运营等，保证业务的健康运营;
