• To take the overall responsibility of the China MicroE R&D work to drive business growth in accelerated manner and to lead the technology directions in the market.

• To take the lead to work with the sales and marketing team to build the China MicroE R&D road map.

• To set the R&D goals, long term and short term, and to lead the day to day team operation.

• To set up and update the R&D related SOPs.

• To be responsible for the R&D team staffing and development, to ensure the team can deliver the targets.

• To take the overall responsibility to work with the marketing and sales team to build a healthy and meaningful NPD funnel.

• To take the overall responsibility for all projects execution, to ensure all projects are delivered on time, quality and cost.

• To be responsible for monthly R&D operation report.

• To be responsible for global expertise/ resources leverage for China MicroE R&D work.
