In this role, you will spearhead initiatives collected to enhance organizational productivity, overseeing the entire productivity funnel process, monitoring financial results to identify operation cost risks & productivity opportunities. You will be accountable for translating high-level objectives into actionable and scalable program plans, ensuring consistent communication and transparency throughout the organization.

  • Partner with functions & operations to lead productivity efforts for China service.

  • Establish the creation and sustainment of reporting tools & communication rhythms that drive accountability and visibility into cost performance.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement through regular operation data insight & by co-leading yearly DCW discussions.

  • Oversee the implementation of productivity initiatives, and ensure that these efforts align with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Calculate impact of strategic projects, validate results, communicate outcome.

  • Perform role with mindset for continuous improvement using lean methodologies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years work experience

  • Fluent in English and any other local language required

  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills

  • At least 2+ years of experience in medical device industry. Understand imaging products & spare parts

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions. Prioritize minimum gemba walks to enable frontline dynamics.
